Selection, Onboarding, & Succession Analysis

  • Manage board governance process with a focused review of board size, expertise, and committee structures creating an effective board framework and succession plan.
     

  • Work with the board chair, (or designee), to understand the needs of the board, to identify candidates from various sources and to drive all aspects of the selection process, coordinating initial and final interviews, managing feedback, communication and expense reimbursement with the fund treasurer.
     

Compensation Evaluation

  • Collaborate with independent directors in gathering, assessing and developing competitive compensation models and approach.


Annual Contract Renewals

  • Provide insights of leading practices for annual contract renewals (15c) , profitability and peer group analysis.
